Experience East Tyrol ‘à la card’

With the new "Glockner-Dolomiten Card" you can really experience the whole variety of East Tyrol and the attractions from the neighboring South Tyrol à la card. The handy keycard, which will be available from June, combines a total of 23 excursion destinations. Whether taking a mountain railway to wonderful hiking trails, unwinding in the Hohe Tauern National Park, enjoying the East Tyrolean water and bathing world or getting to know the wide range of cultural activities in the district - with East Tyrol's "Glockner-Dolomiten Card" both guests and Locals now have all the attractions worth seeing and experiencing at their feet.

If you are the lucky owner of this new "Glockner-Dolomiten Card", you are spoiled for choice: you can visit six mountain railways, four swimming pools and thirteen different "nature & culture offers" for three or seven days! Any number of services from different providers may be used on one day, but each service only once per day. And what does the fun cost? Not much. Adults get the 7-day ticket for EUR 79.00, children aged 6 to 14 pay EUR 40.00. The 3in7 day ticket is available for adults for 56 euros, children are included for 28.00 euros. The "Glockner-Dolomiten Card" is available in all tourist offices in East Tyrol and at the East Tyrolean mountain railways. It is valid from June 21sth to September 17th, 2023.

Maximum mobility for holiday guests in the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, Salzburg

Holiday guests who are staying the night at participating partner businesses in the holiday region will receive the new ‘National Park SummerCard’ for free from their hosts (hotels, guesthouses, farmsteads, holiday apartments) between 1st May and 31st October. As well as free entry to over 60 destinations and additional discounts, guests get to enjoy the following mobility services for the duration of their stay, including the day they are due to arrive and depart:

  • Free use daily of Pinzgau’s local railway and all regional SVV bus services in the pinzgau area
  • Free use of participating ‘Wandertaxis’
  • A day ticket for the Großglockner Alpine Road
